The Northern Suburbs of Cape Town have become my haven for work and life. Real estate, to me, is more than just a profession – it’s tangible, solid, and beautiful realm that I absolutely adore. It’s not just about buying and selling properties; it’s about making a difference and adding value to people’s lives. This passion for property has become my lifestyle, bringing me immense joy and fulfilment.

As a top agent for the past two years, I’ve learned valuable skills that have shaped me both personally and professionally. Meeting deadlines, coordinating efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and building strong relationships with people have become second nature to me. Through the challenges and triumphs, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge on legal compliance, codes of conduct, and ethical service delivery, forming the foundation for lasting business relationships.

But beyond the realm of work, my family and close friends hold an irreplaceable place in my heart. Spending quality time with them is an absolute necessity. Allowing me to recharge and cherish the connections that matter most. When I need to relax and find inspiration, I turn to Mother Nature. There’s something magical about breathing in the fresh air and taking a leisurely stroll amidst natural beauty. It’s during these moments that my soul finds its way back home, finding peace and tranquillity.

The northern suburbs of Cape Town and more specifically Brackenfell are fantastic places to live and work! Which is why Danielle chose to call it home. A passionate golf player, when he isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find him at a golf course, and enjoying time with his friends and family.

Real Estate is a passion for Trudie, with 29 years of experience in the industry. Trudie is a qualified Master Practioner in Real Estate and a valuable member of the House of Realtors Team.

Trudie has always maintained an outstanding work ethic with a huge emphasis on affording a professional and efficient service to current as well as potential clientele. She has also established herself in the clothing industry as a fashion designer and with her creative skills ventured further into home renovation and interior design.

Trudie, she isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home, she supports the Cape Kidney Association and loves being part of the Phesantekraal donation community.
